Mandatory Real Estate Law Update (Course #0012785)

The three-hour core-course required by the Florida Real Estate Commission.

This course fulfills the three-hour mandatory continuing education core course requirement of the Florida Real Estate Commission and prepares students for continued practice in Florida's changing real estate market. Students who complete the course will receive credit towards their CE requirements.

The course focuses on the recent real estate related legislation -- bills that became law or were con sidered for passage -- with the goal of keeping you fully appprised of the legislative decisions affecting your pract ice.

All active and inactive licensed real estate salespersons and brokers are required to complete 14 hours of continuing education which includes a final exam every two years. Every licensee must pass the final exam to successfully complete their CE requirements. The renewal date is determined by the date of licensure. The renewal notice and license can be checked to determine the license expiration date. Licensees must renew prior to their license expiration date. (A post licensure course is required prior to the first license renewal.)
